A wonderful experience

I felt completely taken care of. The scenery is AMAZING!!! surrounded by mountains and nature. The staff were very good, always attentive. I enjoyed the well-equipped gym each morning and the short rides into town. It was perfect.
The process of filling out the application upon entering the hotel felt lengthy.

The hotel location offered fine views of the surrounding lush hills. It was also conveniently close to the city center, awesome for easy access to key attractions. The setting allowed easy access to nature.

The room was spacious and everything was super clean, with twin queen beds. Bottled water, a mini fridge, tea, and coffee facilities were provided. An iron and ironing board were available too.

The food selection was fabulous, catering to many people with constant monitoring of supplies by chefs. A great variety was available for vegetarians, which I appreciated. The waiting staff were well trained.

The pool area had ample space and the gardens were well maintained and lovely. Walking pathways around the hotel were wonderful. I found the gym well-equipped for daily workouts.

The hotel had two restaurants, one of which was larger and offered à la carte options. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to my dietary needs. I needed to change rooms, and the hotel handled this quickly and efficiently (it was so appreciated).
The menu had very limited options . The breakfast was cold when I ate it.

My Luxury King Room included excursions, spa, and laundry services, so that was quite convenient. The room had a comfortable king-sized bed and a seating area with a sofa and chairs. It was easy to relax in the space after a long day.

The breakfast buffet offered Asian dishes, with the Sri Lankan options being amazing (especially the hoppers!). The restaurant had good views during breakfast. The hotel also makes a special tea, which I enjoyed drinking every morning.

The breakfast offered great variety and I appreciated the attentive service at the restaurant. The swimming pool service was prompt and helpful. The location was scenic and the resort design allowed a peaceful experience of nature. I found the staff very friendly and efficient.
The carpet on the fifth floor was not to have been vacuumed recently.

I enjoyed the seafood soup, salmon, and cheesecake. The maître d' offered excellent recommendations and ensured a wonderful dining experience for all of us (i thought this was very considerate!).

The staff was polite, helpful, and efficient throughout the entire stay. Their welcome was warm, and I received prompt attention to requests. Lahiru and Kaushalya were particularly polite and helpful.
